The certification even allows users in Germany with the VacuFil Compact to return the filtered air back into the workspace. In addition, the unit is suitable for workplaces where welding fumes from chrome-nickel steel are generated. With an extraction rate of up to 170 m³/h and a negative pressure of up to 30 kPa, the mobile unit separates at least 99 percent of the welding fumes. In the test at the IFA, it even achieved 99.9 percent.
The compact unit is compatible with all common extraction torches and offers a choice of manual or automatic readjustment of the volume flow. Additional options such as an automatic start/stop function, various suction hoses and slot and funnel nozzles simplify operation. An integrated side channel compressor ensures a permanently high suction performance. In order to keep it constantly at the specified level, Kemper offers an optional automatic suction power control that keeps the air volume flow constant even when the filter becomes increasingly saturated.
