With the takeover of the business activity, surface expert Joke is now integrating them into its own production lines - while the brand names and product features remain unchanged: "The Polierbock UVM machines are technically the reference class for polishing blocks, durable and insensitive to faults," says Carsten Schütz, Sales Manager at Joke Technology.
Powerful motor and brake
In addition to the powerful motor, which provides high tractive force even at low speeds, the machines are characterized by a highly effective electromagnetic brake. This enables an immediate stop without coasting, even at high speeds - for example, in an emergency stop or when opening the protective cover. The precise and powerful clamping devices for tools and workpieces also contribute to safe working. High-quality precision ball bearings and a mechanical design developed by Hesmer Antriebstechnik ensure low-vibration operation.
Customized design possible
In addition to the standard Junior, Regatron, Praktika, Mechanika and Ergonom products, Joke Technology also offers special customer requirements for the equipment. For example, integration into production lines or combination with robots is possible.
