C. Jentner GmbH has successfully obtained DIN EN ISO 50001 certification for its energy management system, underscoring its commitment to sustainable and resource-efficient operations.

Since November 2025, C. Jentner GmbH’s energy management system has been certified to the international DIN EN ISO 50001 standard.

The standard helps companies systematically record, analyze, and continuously optimize energy consumption. With clearly defined targets and regular KPI-based monitoring, measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions can be implemented in a targeted manner. For the company, the certified energy management system provides the foundation for continuously improving energy efficiency.

Contribution to climate protection and sustainable production

In addition to the certification, C. Jentner is already implementing a range of projects aimed at sustainable energy and resource use. These include a combined heat and power plant, photovoltaic systems, and improved wastewater treatment. “With this certification, we are sending a clear signal of our commitment to responsible, resource-efficient business practices and reaffirming our commitment to offering customers and partners the highest standards of quality and sustainability,” said Managing Director Tobias Kleiber.

Additional certified management systems

In addition to ISO 50001 certification, the company also holds other internationally recognized standards, including DIN EN 9100 for quality management in the aerospace industry and DIN EN ISO 14001 for environmental management.
