The MDS 3500 is designed for high performance applications and long shelf life. The MDS 3500 series systems are equipped with the patented, encapsulated piezo actuator Vermes Piezo Xtreme 2, which ensures high stroke and speed values as well as resistance to difficult environmental conditions such as temperature fluctuations or humidity. The piezo jetting technology extends the system service life of the systems and ensures stability, regardless of the ambient conditions.
The MDS 3500 series systems enable non-contact dispensing of complex patterns in minimal quantities with maximum drop accuracy. The valve's bayonet fluidic body with one-click release allows screw- and tool-free removal as well as easy cleaning of the fluid channel and replacement of parts while the valve remains in the operating position. This saves manufacturers time and costs during maintenance and avoids critical operational failures. Due to the flexible positioning of the fluidic body, the media supply can be rotated and the valve can be easily adapted to a wide variety of tasks, including the desired dosing direction.
