For example, energy costs can be reduced with lower differential pressures in filter elements and systems. Alternative raw materials such as bio-based plastics also reduce the CO2 footprint of products.
Intelligent production processes and product designs
Grünbeck water filters are an example of more sustainable filters through intelligent production processes. Here, Hengst uses the know-how of its patented Energetic filters from the automotive industry, welds the filter medium and end caps directly together and can therefore dispense with adhesives.
Products for the fuel cell
The Blue.netic technology kit for cathode air filtration ensures the performance of fuel cells. The modular system can be adapted to different performance requirements and protects against impurities to reliably produce high-quality hydrogen. The electrified cabin air filter Blue.ion, on the other hand, is a compact vehicle cabin air filter that achieves a permanently high and energy-efficient filtration performance through ionization and polarization.
Tailor-made filtration solutions
Hengst will also be showcasing the energy-efficient pocket filter variant of the MultiSack G series and the compact MultiTherm Faden high-temperature filter for demanding indoor air or process air requirements. The latter is characterized by a low initial pressure difference and installation depth. In addition to filter elements, Hengst also offers innovative and efficient oil mist separators, dedusting systems and supply air systems.
