Helmut Fischer GmbH is presenting its portfolio for quality assurance of paint and coating surfaces in Karlsruhe. On display are systems for coating thickness measurement, material analysis, and material testing that are used in industrial coating processes.
The focus is on the DMP series with various hand-held measuring devices for different applications in coating technology. These include the Dualscope, Deltascope, and Isoscope models, which are designed for measuring thin coatings and for measurements in hard-to-reach areas. The devices are calibrated to provide reproducible measurement results on different substrates.
Data transfer and automation
In combination with the Fisiq T software, measurement data can be transferred and documented via USB-C or Bluetooth. For automated applications, Helmut Fischer's Fischerscope MMS Automation provides insight into solutions for integrating coating thickness measurement into manufacturing processes.
Wide range of probes for different geometries
The company is also showcasing a selection from its probe portfolio. In addition to over 100 standard probes, special and digital probes are available that are tailored to various measurement tasks. Different designs, robust probe poles, and integrated compensation mechanisms enable measurements even on complex or difficult-to-access component geometries.
