Helmut Fischer GmbH has opened a new application laboratory at the Business Campus of Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts. With this additional location, the measurement technology specialist is further expanding its presence in Germany.
Three application labs in Germany
With Dortmund, Fischer now operates three application laboratories in Germany, which are closely networked with one another. Customers and interested parties can experience measuring devices live there and test measuring tasks under real conditions. The laboratory is equipped with high-precision X-ray systems and tactile measurement solutions and thus covers a wide range of applications - from coating thickness measurement to material analysis.

The new site enables Fischer to test individual requirements directly on site and provide users with effective support for technical issues. The close connection to research and teaching at the TH Dortmund also creates an environment that favors professional exchange and technological development.
