The efficient Fischerscope XAN Liquid Analyzer inline system is used to automatically monitor the metal concentration in electroplating baths. Based on the X-ray fluorescence method (XRF), it continuously monitors up to four baths, ensuring precise measurement results around the clock.
Measurement from top to bottom
Another impressive solution is the Fischerscope X-Ray XDL, which measures from top to bottom. This makes it particularly suitable for checking galvanized mass-produced parts and for bath analysis. Its equipment includes a standard X-ray tube and a proportional counter tube.
Short measuring times, high precision
The detector enables short measuring times with high precision. The measuring distance is infinitely adjustable, so that even larger or uneven samples can be measured reliably. Its robust design and simple commissioning make the Fischerscope X-Ray XDL a durable and versatile solution for industrial use.
The experts from Fischer will be present at the ZVO Surface Days from September 24 to 26, 2025 in Berlin at stand number 1.
