Following the opening of insolvency proceedings, Helmut Fischer GmbH has taken over the insolvent measurement technology specialist Phototherm Dr. Petry GmbH as an investor. As a new member of the Helmut Fischer Group, the company will now operate under the name Phototherm GmbH. It can now benefit from Fischer's global sales network and broad application expertise.
