Harter: Heat pump drying can be subsidized by the state

Anzeige PaintExpo 2024 | Drying | Created by BA

A better energy balance, an improved process and better product quality. This is the promise of Airgenex paint drying with a heat pump from Harter.

According to the company, Airgenex is based on highly efficient drying technology. Airgenex dryers dehumidify within a defined temperature range of 20 to 75 °C. This is achieved using extremely dry process air and an individually adapted air flow. Dry painted surfaces dry homogeneously from the inside out, making cracks and craters a thing of the past.

Integrated heat pump technology

The heat pump technology integrated in every dryer ensures high efficiency in the dehumidification process. Drying always takes place in a closed system in terms of air and energy and is therefore independent of the climate.

State subsidy possible

Customers who opt for a Harter dryer with heat pump can apply for state subsidies. The same applies to pre-dewatered sludge, which still contains 60 - 70 % water after pressing. Overall, energy-saving drying can save 60 - 70 % of disposal and energy costs, reports Harter. Heat pump drying also has great potential in terms of recycling in many respects.
