Components for electronics, sensor or medical technology, but also for jewelry or watches require the highest precision in drying. Aqueous cleaning with ultrasound and deionized water, followed by optimum drying, usually produces better results than cleaning with alcohol or hot air.
Harter has now developed a compact chamber dryer that is particularly suitable for very small parts. It can be used variably for racks, baskets or individual parts. Drying takes place by condensation using a heat pump, thus saving CO2. The sensitive small parts are dried gently and without stains in the low-temperature range thanks to extremely dry air and the right air flow. The air circuit is completely closed and thus emission-free and climate-independent.
