Due to the possibility of being able to drive through vertical gradients with the gondola conveyor, Kewesta exploits the possibility of arranging the different units of a surface plant not only next to each other but also on top of each other. In this way, entire surface plants can be set up even in very small halls.
This is already becoming a reality at one of Kewesta's partners in the Netherlands: Here, the company is building a complete powder coating plant for pressure vessels, including pretreatment, on an area of just 120 square meters - albeit with a height of around 9 meters. At the same time, the compact design saves considerable energy, as the ovens can be arranged on the upper levels and vertical airlocks ensure minimum energy losses.
