Sustainability for Sehon paint shops

In paint stores, paint booths and dryers are the biggest energy consumers. Sehon offers a range of savings measures that take effect immediately and efficiently in both existing and new paint shops.

To reduce CO2 emissions in paint stores, a different concept must be selected depending on the plant. For existing plants, a comprehensive energy refurbishment of the existing paint booths and dryers is an option. Here, Sehon can ensure maximum government support for the investment. The energetic modernization is carried out by the booth manufacturer independently of the brand for most of the systems and brands on the market. In the case of new construction, Sehon booths and dryers are among the energy-saving world champions by virtue of their intelligent energy-saving technologies.

Compared to similar systems with little or no energy-saving modules, Sehon systems consume up to 80% less energy. The economy modules include, for example, perfect energy control by operating mode, efficient year-round heat recovery, and excellent filter systems. All regenerative and alternative forms of energy can be integrated, especially solar thermal, photovoltaic and combined heat and power plants. For new plants, planning and thinking must be done over the next 20 years. Therefore, new plants to be equipped are considered by Sehon as a whole.
