The new gun family from Wagner is characterized by its modular design and the large selection of accessories, which enables a wide range of application possibilities for different customer requirements. The guns can be used flexibly and thus meet the high demands of today's production processes. The PER-X1 and PEA-X1 guns can be combined with various holders, extensions and robot adapters. Various nozzles are also available, including special angled nozzles to reach hard-to-reach areas. The guns provide high coating quality, even with difficult powders.
They are suitable for both single-color and color change systems and have been optimized for efficient color change and cleaning capability. The CoronaStar design minimizes powder build-up on the gun body and provides efficient blow-off during color change. This enables a more stable production process without waste. The improved powder cloud results in more uniform coating thicknesses and lower powder consumption. The guns can be easily retrofitted in already installed systems and offer easy installation and maintenance, which reduces service costs.
