Sustainable wet paint solutions from Wagner at LIGNA 2023

Anzeige Painting and Coating | Created by BA

J. Wagner GmbH will be presenting wet paint solutions for companies in the woodworking industry at LIGNA. They are characterized by economical material consumption and thus contribute to a more sustainable coating.

J. Wagner will be presenting its new manual Airspray and AirCoat guns from May 15 to 19 (Hall 17, Booth B47). These include the GM 1030, which produces an extremely precise spray pattern with little overspray and is available with both paint connection and flow cup. The guns are available as part of predefined spray packs. One example is the Cobra 40-10 high-pressure double-diaphragm pump, which, thanks to its particularly small internal volume, requires significantly less solvent for rinsing than comparable piston pumps. The 2K Smart will be exhibited as a mixing and metering system.

Solutions for highly efficient and automated coating processes will be on show in a practical demonstration: Various automatic guns are mounted here alternately on a Cobot. The GA 1030 and GA 4000AC automatic guns offer a high degree of flexibility with their mounting options. Also at the trade show: products from the bonding and marking sector of the subsidiary Walther Spritz- & Lackiersysteme GmbH.
