The UV adhesive Vitralit UV E-2113 from Panacol is highly viscous and stable, while at the same time flowing well into cavities. The UV acrylate adhesive has good adhesion to all metals, ensuring adhesion to both coil wires and the soldering points of commutators. The adhesive can be applied in a ring around the commutator in automated processes. The 1-component adhesive is very easy to handle, both during transportation and storage as well as during dispensing.
High-speed production possible
Vitralit UV E-2113 cures in just a few seconds with light in the UVA range or in the visual range at a wavelength of 405 nm, whereby both gas discharge lamps and LED systems can be used. The UV and LED UV curing systems from Dr. Hönle are matched to the Panacol adhesives. The high-intensity LED Powerline AC/IC HP systems cure Vitralit UV E-2113, for example, within seconds, which enables high-speed production in large quantities and eliminates the need for lengthy and energy-intensive oven processes.
