Environmentally friendly epoxy resins from Olin against corrosion

Anzeige Corrosion protection | Created by SP

Nordman distributes a new series of environmentally friendly epoxy resins from Olin. They are used for corrosion protection and their VOC content is almost zero.

The requirements for epoxy resins and their application are constantly increasing. In order to meet the legal requirements, Olin, a manufacturer of epoxy resins, reacted early to current market developments. The company has developed new types of epoxy resins and hardeners that meet the new legal and environmental requirements.

Epoxy dispersionwithoutVOC

The product D.E.R. 915 is an epoxy dispersion already established on the market. It has a VOC content of almost zero and, in combination with the newly developed hardener D.E.H. 828EU, protects against corrosion in industrial coatings or in transportation. It therefore contributes to a longer service life of metallic objects.

Epoxy blends without "H360F" labeling

In 2024, numerous epoxy reactive diluents were reclassified. Since then, they have been labeled with the hazard phrase "H360F". The new epoxy blends D.E.R. 3111 and D.E.R. 3561from Olin do not require "H360F" labeling thanks to the use of advanced reactive diluents. Their low viscosity allows for good wetting and easy application. The products are suitable for numerous applications such as floorings and coatings, chemical anchoring or crack injection.
