With the change in legal form of EMW AG to a GmbH, CTO Frank Bartels takes over the duties of Michael Szczesny, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Head of Research and Development. Bartels is a graduate engineer with a postgraduate MBA and has been with EWM since April 1. He has had a long career at Siemens, where he held senior positions in technology, innovation and operations management.
He says he is looking forward to accompanying EWM in its next stage of development and to continuing the success story of the hidden champion together with the team. The previous deputy chairman of the board, Michael Szczesny, will continue to support EWM GmbH on the advisory board.
