She emphasized the great charitable commitment of the Busch couple, citing examples from a wide variety of areas, such as support for schools and universities in the region and donations to the German Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders.
Ayhan and Dr.-Ing. Karl Busch described their start as entrepreneurs. Dr. Busch said, "We founded our company in this region in 1963 and are very grateful for the development it has taken." Ayhan Busch emphasized how important it was to them both to have a good relationship with their employees. The couple's daughter and co-owner Ayla Busch, emphasized, "Our parents founded the company in equal partnership. That is unique. And the fact that two generations have been working together peacefully and successfully at Busch for over 20 years is also thanks to our parents."
