Bendiek has the best qualifications for this: She has been working at ZINQ since 2005, initially in the Technology and Integrated Management Systems department. After her first operational responsibility as Plant and Business Unit Manager, she became Managing Director of ZINQ Technologie GmbH (ZT) in 2014, where she was responsible for the development of new surface technologies and thus also for the transformation of the company.
