WindEnergy in Hamburg in September was all about onshore and offshore renewable energy generation. The trade fair attracted more than 1,600 exhibitors and 43,000 visitors to a total of ten halls - three halls more than two years ago. A conference program with more than 300 speakers offered insights into the future of wind energy.
Sustainability arouses great interest
Visitors to the stand were particularly interested in the topics of sustainability, low CO2 emissions and PFAS restrictions. Dörken presented the hybrid topcoat Delta-Protekt TC 502 GZ in the area of PFAS-free solutions. Thanks to a very narrow friction coefficient window, the silver topcoat is particularly suitable for metric components such as screws or nuts. Delta-Protekt Repair is a high-performance zinc flake spray from the spray can that hardens at low temperatures. It can therefore be used both for repairing defects and for coating small areas.
See you again in two years
"As always, it was a pleasure to meet with the who's who of the wind industry. We are already looking forward to the next WindEnergy in two years' time," says Klaus Gradtke, Key Account Manager Industrial at Dörken.
