"Our timECO product series is specifically developed for the complex requirements of the paint and varnish industry," says Christian Thora, product specialist at Timmer. Thanks to their compact design, the electric piston pumps can be integrated easily into existing systems. The fast response time of the pump's acceleration process means that the ring line pressure can be reduced, thus minimizing energy costs. At the same time, the lower pressure also increases the service life of the medium.
!0 liters/minute flow rate
A new addition to the range is a pump with a permanent flow rate of 10 liters per minute. "This meets the current requirements on the market, as we are seeing a growing demand for small, compact pumps. Thanks to the low capacity, users save space and achieve a higher product quality of the paints and varnishes," says Thora.
Fewer cartridges
Another technical optimization of the electric piston pumps is the reduction in the number of cartridges they contain. By reducing the number of grease cartridges used to lubricate the components from four to two, users save time and money on maintenance.
Double diaphragm pump for even flow
In addition to the renewed pump series, Timmer will be presenting its double diaphragm pumps at PaintExpo. The reduction in pulsation ensures an even flow of media. The pumps in the timPRO series are suitable for applications in the paint industry. The pumps in the product line are available in different versions. With a transmission ratio of 1:1, the product achieves a maximum flow rate of 600 liters per minute.
