From May 15 to 19, Timmer GmbH will present its pneumatic double diaphragm pumps at LIGNA in Hanover. The pumps of the timPRO product line are equipped with intelligent stroke counting (iHz) as standard. This iHz increases economic efficiency and supports pump maintenance by means of live monitoring. "Processing the data opens up many new possibilities for our customers in terms of economic efficiency, digitalization and Industry 4.0," says Frederic Engels, sales manager at Timmer.
With a double diaphragm pump of the timPRO series, precise surface results can be achieved in coating plants and paints as well as lacquers can be used in a resource-saving manner. The pump's minimal pulsation ensures a smooth and even media flow. The product line is also well equipped in terms of energy efficiency, with compressed air savings of up to 50%. The low starting pressures from 0.7 bar reduce energy consumption to a minimum. This means that compressed air costs can be saved in an uncomplicated manner.
