Boge showcases solutions for oil-free and LABS-free process air at PaintExpo

Anzeige PaintExpo 2026 | Druckluft | Created by BA

Boge presents systems for generating oil-free and LABS-free compressed air as well as for demand-based nitrogen supply. The focus is on stable processes and reproducible coating results.

Substances that interfere with paint wetting (LABS) are considered a critical influencing factor in surface and painting technology. Even minor contamination with silicones, oils, or plasticizers can lead to craters, beading effects, or adhesion problems. The requirements for the purity of the compressed air and process gases used are correspondingly high.

Oil-free compressed air for sensitive painting processes

Boge presents a portfolio of oil-free compressors, including piston, scroll, screw, and turbo compressors. In addition, bluekat technology is presented, which can be used to convert oil-containing compressed air into Class 0 compressed air. The process also binds silicates, thus supporting consistent air quality in LABS-critical production areas.

Pure compressed air helps to avoid rejects and increase process stability – especially in automated painting systems with high quality requirements.

Nitrogen supply for stable coating processes

In the field of industrial gases, Boge will present nitrogen generators with PSA technology. The systems generate nitrogen directly on site in the required purity. Continuous monitoring of gas quality and modern control technology enable demand-oriented and energy-efficient operation.

For painting and coating processes, a stable nitrogen supply can help to create reproducible conditions and reduce external supply dependencies.

Boge will be presenting its solutions at PaintExpo 2026 in Hall 3, Booth 3120.
