Sabrina Hasel has won the "LackHeroes", the German championship for vehicle painters. The young woman competed for Lower Saxony and left eleven other participants behind her. For two days, the young talents gave their all in twelve hours of competition. Jesica Eisert from Saxony and Levinio Sander from Bavaria followed in second and third place.
The competition was held at Spies Hecker in the Axalta Refinish Academy in Cologne. The automotive refinish brand not only provided the premises. In addition, there was technical support from Spies Hecker's trainers. "We are pleased that we were able to offer the participants a stage for their talent. The national performance competition is an important event in our industry to further promote the next generation of vehicle painters," said Dirk Sauer, Technical Manager Axalta. Other partners included 3M, CWS-Boco, Mirka and SATA.
