The new Benseler subsidiary was founded in mid-2021. In October of the same year, the company moved into the new location with the approximately 1,000 m² production hall. As early as November, the surface specialists on site started processing the first orders for customers - mainly from the automotive industry. With the new subsidiary, Benseler is once again fulfilling the company's own claim of proximity to the customer.
Previously, the company had served its customers based in Poland from its Frankenberg site. The surface specialist had therefore begun the search for a suitable location. The experiences of the past two years also strengthened the company group in its decision: "We have experienced how vulnerable supply chains can be with regard to material and raw material management," says Silvio Peschke, who manages Benseler Polska together with Maciej Grabowski.
