With the AERO Battery series, Nilfisk introduces battery-powered wet and dry vacuum cleaners for mobile use in industrial environments. The devices are designed for collecting hazardous dusts in accordance with dust class L and, in the appropriate version, dust class M, and are suitable for applications in the automotive industry, construction, and workshops, among others.
The vacuum cleaners feature a 36-volt battery platform with lithium-ion technology. Depending on the model, the runtime is up to 65 minutes. Thanks to the hot-swap function, batteries can be changed during operation. A quick charger enables a full charge within approximately 60 minutes.
Performance data and filter technology
The devices achieve an air flow rate of up to 3,660 liters per minute with a power consumption of 500 watts. The sound pressure level is 68 decibels. The 20-liter container is designed for wet and dry applications and has a float for liquid collection.
A washable PET filter element reliably separates class L and M dust. The PushClean system performs semi-automatic filter cleaning during operation. This is designed to keep the suction power stable even in dust-intensive applications.
Optional sensors and accessories
A Bluetooth remote control is available as an option, allowing the device to be switched on and off from a distance. In the M-class version, the AutoSense function enables automatic start-stop in conjunction with battery-powered power tools.
The MultiFit system makes the devices compatible with a wide range of professional accessories. These include extension tubes, floor nozzles, brushes, and tool adapters for different applications.
Nilfisk positions the series for mobile cleaning tasks in areas with increased requirements for occupational safety and dust control.
