The new Axalta Irus Mix mixing system is designed for Axalta's bottles, reducing negative environmental impact, according to the company. The patented technology makes the mixing system one of the fastest on the market. Internal tests at Axalta show that the automated dispensing process is more than 60 percent faster than manual dispensing. At the same time, the mixing system is very easy to operate, even by untrained staff.
Axalta Irus Mix is used with Axalta's proven bottle system. It is therefore not necessary to fill or decant the products into special bottles. The precise metering lids of the bottles allow accurate color shade precision to be achieved without material waste. The premium basecoats - Cromax Pro, Spies Hecker Permahyd Hi-TEC and Standox Standoblue - are available exclusively with Axalta Irus Mix in the bottle system.
