With Anodikit Zone, Alvarez Schaer presents a compact anodizing system for aluminum processors who want to implement high-quality anodizing processes in a limited production area. The system is based on a spray-applied pretreatment concept in which all pretreatment stages are combined in a multi-process tank.
This configuration reduces the number of tanks required and the bath volume compared to conventional anodizing systems. At the same time, uniform and controlled surface preparation is guaranteed.
Reduced space and personnel requirements
According to the manufacturer, Anodikit Zone requires around 250 m² of installation space and can be operated by one to two people per shift. The compact layout simplifies maintenance and daily operation. The system is therefore particularly suitable for companies that want to use their infrastructure efficiently.
Qualanod-compliant coating quality
Despite its compact design, the process enables anodic coating quality that meets the requirements of Qualanod certification. Depending on the configuration, additional finishing steps such as dyeing can be integrated. Anodizing processes of this type of system are already being used by Qualanod-certified companies.
Resource efficiency and integration into existing lines
Compared to conventional pretreatment processes, the system reduces water and chemical consumption. In combination with zero liquid discharge solutions such as EcodePure, wastewater generation can be further minimized.
In companies with existing powder coating systems, the compact anodizing system can be integrated as a supplementary process. This allows Preox pretreatment to be implemented without the infrastructural costs of a conventional anodizing line.
