Asis will be exhibiting at PaintExpo in Karlsruhe from April 14 to 17, 2026. The company will be showcasing automation solutions for paint and powder coating systems. The focus will be on modular concepts for modernizing existing systems, automated partial painting, and digital tools for process analysis.
Retrofit for existing coating systems
One focus of the trade fair presentation will be on retrofit solutions for paint and powder coating systems. Asis will demonstrate how existing technology can be modernized with software and PLC updates, additional sensor technology, and automation and visualization solutions. In addition, digital methods such as 3D scans, simulations, and virtual pre-acceptance tests are used to implement conversions in a planned manner and reduce downtime.
Automated partial powder coating
Asis is also presenting an automated solution for partial powder coating. The system replaces manual work steps with automated masking, robot-based coating, and targeted powder extraction. Reusable masks, chemical-free cleaning, and powder recovery aim to achieve greater material efficiency and reproducible coating results.
Digital planning and process analysis
With its "virtual factory," Asis is showcasing digital planning approaches for surface finishing systems – from robot simulation and offline programming to virtual commissioning. In addition, a software solution for local process analysis will be presented, which uses artificial intelligence to evaluate measurement and process data without resorting to cloud services.
Asis will present its solutions at PaintExpo 2026 in Hall 1, Booth 1418.
