"The German Painters' Day once again more than lived up to its role as the most important meeting place for the vehicle painters' family," concluded Steven Didssun, President of the German Association of Vehicle Painters. He was particularly impressed by the spirit of innovation that could be felt in the presentations and discussions as well as in the trade exhibition.
Live presentations of the new paint system
The highlights included expert talks and specialist presentations, including on the trending topics of high-voltage, radar-compliant paintwork and energy management in workshops. The presentation of the new water-based paint generation from Sikkens by the main sponsor Akzo Nobel Coatings GmbH also met with great interest. The guests were able to convince themselves of the easy processing and efficiency of the new paint system in live presentations using a paint booth. It is characterized by high productivity, easy processing and significant energy and time savings.
Specialist topics and entertainment program
The German Painters' Day took place at Uthoff KLS GmbH & Co KG in Steinheim am Albuch, Swabia. In addition to the specialist topics, the event also offered participants a varied entertainment program. Motorsport expert Christian Danner captivated the guests with insights into the world of Formula 1, while an acrobatic performance and body painting and airbrush artists rounded off the event. The next German Painters' Day will take place in 2027.
