So far, however, an automatic color change in the line is not planned. In principle, PixelPaint is open to all paint manufacturers. By eliminating the need for time-consuming manual masking processes, individualized painting can be achieved in a single pass through the paint shop. The benefits extend to capital equipment as well: PixelPaint makes it possible to apply a second color or design in the existing paint line without affecting cycle time or requiring additional labor. The contrasting color is usually applied after the base coat, followed by the regular clear coat.
