Factronix presents the new fully automatic cleaning system Hyperclean from the manufacturer PBT Works at parts2clean. The flexible high-performance cleaning system offers high capacity and is compatible with the latest automation technology and MES connection. Thanks to the simple loading principle using a specially designed trolley, this system is designed for high throughput of large-format components weighing up to 70 kg.

The system is designed for the cleaning of assemblies in magazines, solder frames and solder masks, condensate traps, SMT oven filters and other mechanical parts. The system, which can be variably adapted to customer-specific requirements as a two- and three-tank system, is equipped with an innovative spray system that ensures optimum cleaning action. For energy-efficient operation and short drying times, it features a newly developed drying system with heat recovery, which has been integrated into the air ducting.
