Spray gun from Krautzberger with unrivaled switching times

At PaintExpo, Krautzberger presented the compact Mikro XS automatic spray gun. The patent-pending pre-air control has been completely decoupled from the needle control - this increases performance.

The pre- and after-air control, which is decoupled from the needle control, enables high switching performance and an almost perfect spray pattern. The needle diameter is reduced to 2mm. This results in 60% less mass and thus higher switching dynamics (Image: Krautzberger).

The new generation "Mikro spraying" has a new type of pre-air control, a significantly reduced needle diameter and a 60% higher air output This enables the Mikro XS to achieve the highest possible switching performance and a perfect spray pattern.

Thanks to a quick-change head part including seal packing, the Mikro XS enables fast maintenance and offers a high degree of user-friendliness. A 100% control of the XLINE air nozzles is integrated in the manufacturing and testing procedures at Krautzberger. As a result, the Mikro XS offers high precision and reproducibility in fully automated spraying processes.
