Both the XLINE FPR 2 material pressure regulator and the XLINE FPR 6 material pressure regulator offer fine material quantity adjustment, Krautzberger says. Especially with the help of a reduction ratio, a precise and accurate control of the material quantity is possible. In addition to the regular 1:1 ratio, the reduction ratios 1:2 or 1:5 are available. XLINE's manufacturing and testing procedures integrate 100 percent functional testing of the new XLINE FPR 2 and FPR 6 material pressure regulators into the process, the company says.
The advantages of the new material pressure regulators are numerous: a compact design, long service life, quick change of reduction ratios, high manufacturing quality and convenient maintenance and cleaning are among them.
