Sata completes Dan-Am acquisition

The US-based Dan-Am Company from Spring Valley is now part of the Sata Group. The integration of the long-standing distributor into Sata USA Inc. was legally completed at the beginning of March.

The paint spray gun manufacturer strengthens its position on the American market. On March 1, 2024, the integration of Dan-Am Company into Sata USA Inc. was legally completed. The employees of the former importer for the USA and Puerto Rico are now part of the Sata family.

Close cooperation

The management of Sata GmbH & Co KG warmly welcomed the new colleagues. "Our cooperation has always been very close and trusting. All the more reason for us to look forward to the future together," said Sata Managing Director Mike Wolf.
