Sata GmbH & Co. KG, a company in the field of wet paint application, acquires the Dan-Am Company in Spring Valley, Minnesota, USA, after decades of cooperation.

In Kornwestheim, Sata USA Inc, a subsidiary of Sata GmbH & Co. KG, signed an agreement to acquire Dan-Am Company, USA. The closing of this transaction is planned for March 01, 2024. The acquisition of Dan-Am Company, a distributor of Sata products in the USA and Puerto Rico, is part of the company's strategic growth initiatives to strengthen its presence in the North American market and expand its product portfolio.

Sata is committed to making the transition process smooth and to maintaining and strengthening Dan-Am's existing relationships with customers, suppliers and employees.
