Energy savings, higher transfer rates, better comfort, high atomization quality: the Xcite+ spray gun from Sames replicates all the features that are important for surface coating in the wood, metal and general industries. Both the Xcite+ and the Xcite+ Light are equipped with some new features. The deflector and the diffuser work together to swirl the material and pre-atomize the paint, creating a very fine spray pattern. Depending on the material used, the air pressure can be reduced from 0.1 to 1 bar, which saves energy, material and cleaning.
Compared to the previous Xcite version from 2009, Sames has placed particular focus on ease of use this time, reducing the weight of the spray gun to 437 (compared to 579 g for the standard version). During the revision, the focus was on ease of use. For example, the trigger has been modified to prevent finger pinching. The swivel joint has been reinforced and now exhibits very high robustness.
