The PrimaTM 01D100 membrane pump from Sames is characterized by stable delivery of the material and a pulsation-free spray jet. This is ensured by the REGPro 2in1 low-pressure filter regulator, which regulates the material and filters it at the same time. Regardless of the inlet pressure, the application quality remains high and constant - both at low (below 100 cm3/min) and high flow rates. In addition, the air distribution and piston position of the motor have been redesigned to stabilize the reversing process.
The PrimaTM 01D100 is designed for long life and is very quiet in operation at under 69 decibels. It has a 90° positionable inlet and outlet to fit into any production environment. The pump can be flushed easily and with little solvent: the internal passages are optimized to be free of dead zones in terms of flow. The diaphragm, air manifold and flange can be removed with a single tool.
