Drop volume system from Vermes for high-precision dosing

Anzeige Created by SP

Vermes Microdispensing launches a high-precision drop volume system onto the market. It enables both in-process measurements and the quantification of droplet volumes.

Vermes Medical Equipment, the high-precision division of Vermes Microdispensing GmbH, presents its new drop volume system (DVS) for microdispensing applications with low-viscosity media. The DVS 31 and DVS 32 models enable precise in-process measurement and quantification of drop volumes. Thanks to the browser-based user interface, the system is intuitive to operate and - depending on the medium - supports high cycle frequencies. This allows both individual droplets and entire burst sequences to be measured accurately.

For media with low to medium viscosity

The devices in the DVS 3x product family are suitable for media with low to medium viscosity (up to 12,500 mPas). They are used in applications ranging from life sciences, electronics and semiconductor production to precision mechanics. The devices have a high measuring accuracy: when compared with an extremely accurate laboratory balance, the deviation is less than one percent.

For quantifying the volume of individual drops

Each DVS system consists of a high-precision drop volume device (DVD) and an associated control unit (DVC). In contrast to conventional systems that only measure the flow rate, the DVS enables real volume quantification of individual drops during the running process - even with very short pulses. This ensures maximum accuracy and process reliability.

Maximum efficiency and precise process adjustments

The system can be integrated into existing production lines with little effort. Real-time monitoring and control is possible for maximum efficiency and precise process adjustments. A wide range of accessories - such as cartridge holders and DVD holders - is available. The system is also compatible with numerous components from Vermes Microdispensing.
