The new MDS 3581 micro dispensing system is equipped with the patented Piezo Xtreme 2 actuator. This enables maximum stroke and speed values and resistance to difficult environmental conditions.

The MDS 3581 dispensing system from Vermes Microdispensing GmbH is based on Piezo Xtreme 2 technology. This is designed for high-performance applications and a long service life. Thanks to its ingenious encapsulation, the system is durable and can withstand even demanding loads.

Extreme frequencies achievable in continuous operation

The encapsulation supports heat dissipation so that extreme frequencies of 2000 Hertz can be achieved in continuous operation with consistently high performance. Regulated air cooling via the controller supplements the good thermal performance and increases accuracy even with rapidly changing dosing frequencies.

Non-contact dispensing of complex patterns

MDS 3581 enables non-contact dispensing of complex patterns in minimal quantities with maximum droplet accuracy regardless of external factors. This is particularly important for applications in which the quantity of applied medium must be absolutely constant.

Can be dismantled without screws or tools

The bayonet fluidic body of the valve can be removed without screws or tools thanks to a one-click release. In addition, the fluid channel can be easily cleaned while the valve remains in the operating position. This saves time and money during maintenance and prevents operational failures. Thanks to the flexible positioning of the fluidic body, the media supply can be rotated into three positions. The compact valve can be adapted to the limited installation space in the machine.

Compatible for numerous applications

The valve is compatible with the wide range of Vermes plungers and nozzle inserts for a variety of applications.
