Candidates wanted for the DGO Young Talent Award

The new round of the DGO Young Talent Award has begun. It is still possible to nominate candidates until January 31. We are looking for outstanding student work.

For more than thirty years, the DGO has been recognizing outstanding work by young scientists in the field of electroplating and surface technology. In 2025, a sponsorship award will once again be presented to a young colleague.

The application deadline is now open

Suitable candidates - usually graduates of a German university or university of applied sciences - can still be nominated for the DGO Young Talent Award 2025 until January 31, 2025. The proposal should be accompanied by a short justification.

Honored at the ZVO Surface Days

The winner will receive a cash prize of 1,000 euros and an invitation to the ZVO Surface Days 2025, which will take place in Berlin from September 24 to 26. Nominations for the 2025 Young Talent Award will be accepted by the DGO office by sending an email to s.gross@dgo-online.de with the subject line "Förderpreis 2025/Junge Kollegen".
