Release agents play an important role in the manufacturing process of OSB, MDF and fiberboard. Zeller+Gmelin from Eislingen are among the long-standing system suppliers for manufacturers of wood-based panels for various production processes and areas of application. The lubricant specialists now carry over seven hundred different industrial lubricants in their portfolio. Under the brand name Multiboard, the company offers a wide range of high-quality release agents for the woodworking industry.
Each product in the Multiboard range is developed to fit a customer's specific manufacturing process. Around 20 percent of the employees at the company's headquarters in Eislingen work in research and development. For the production of OSB, MDF and fiberboard, a wide range of release agents is thus available for use in both spray and rotor applications, regardless of the gluing system.
