Schulz Systemtechnik has been a 50 percent co-partner of Wellmann Anlagentechnik GmbH since the end of 2022. At this year's Anuga FoodTec in Cologne, Wellmann Anlagentechnik GmbH will be focusing on its joint holistic range of services with its partner Schulz Systemtechnik GmbH. Visitors will be able to see the partners' pigging system in action.
Reducing waste water pollution and water consumption
The new pigging system for cleaning pipelines was developed with sustainability in mind: An elastomer body corresponding to the inner diameter of the pipeline, also known as a pig, is pushed through the pipes using compressed air or a cleaning medium. This allows users to significantly reduce wastewater pollution, water consumption and cleaning time.
Smart automation solutions from Schulz
Schulz will be showcasing smart automation solutions at the trade fair that combine technologies such as AI and the Industrial Internet of Things with process control. "Our automation solutions enable us to meet all digitalization, sustainability and individualization requirements - for maximum efficiency," says Stefan Hitz, Head of Industrial Automation at Schulz Systemtechnik.
