Wagner expands its portfolio with a compact system for high-speed rotary coating. The combination of TF Bell 2 and Wacon Spray significantly reduces operating and integration costs and opens up new user groups.

With a new system consisting of the TF Bell 2 high-speed atomizer and the Wacon Spray control system, the manufacturer of surface coating equipment has significantly simplified high-speed atomization. The technology, which was previously used primarily in complex high-end applications, is now also suitable for flexible production environments and companies with changing requirements.

Efficient atomization with low resource consumption

Depending on the application, the TF Bell 2 achieves an application efficiency of up to 90 percent. Newly developed air deflection rings ensure uniform, fine atomization with low air and material consumption. Spray jet width, bell plate size, and design can be adapted to different workpieces and materials.

Modular system for different applications

The integrated high voltage allows use in solvent and water-based paint applications. Thanks to its modular design, variants are available for robots, linear axes, or stationary installations. A quick change between bell and air spray gun is possible without modifying the tubing.

Intuitive control with Wacon Spray

The Wacon Spray control system enables easy commissioning without any programming effort. Parameters are set centrally via a touchscreen and stored as recipes. The modular design allows adaptation to different system concepts and integration into higher-level control systems.

Compact system for modern coating processes

With TF Bell 2 and Wacon Spray, Wagner combines high coating quality with simple operation, reduced setup times, and high process reliability. The system is suitable for series production as well as for flexible production environments and significantly expands access to high-speed atomization.
