From June 3 to 5, 2025, IST Metz invites you to the UV Days in Nürtingen - its in-house exhibition for optical systems. Solutions from UV, LED and excimer technology will be on display, paired with specialist presentations. The motto of this year's event is "Mission to Zero".
Optimizing curing results
Visitors can find out about the latest trends and research results live in the in-house LED LAB and on the UV Technology Campus. These include, for example, the new, patented FREEcure technology from IST Metz, which reduces the use of photoinitiators to a minimum while optimizing curing results. The solution not only complies with the new printing ink regulations, but is also ideal for low-migration inks - especially for sensitive products and packaging. A reduced number of dryers helps to save energy and resources.
Longer service life for LEDs
SMARTcure technology uses artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize energy consumption and extend the service life of LEDs. Intelligent data transfers between the system and the cloud provide users with maintenance information that supports their production processes in a sustainable and resource-saving way.
