The new CrystalClear technology by Adler offers high transparency for the coating of windows and front doors. The combination of different UV absorbers ensures effective light protection.

In the past, highly transparent window coatings often caused yellowing and fading. Coating systems that counteracted this discoloration exhibited significantly lower transparency in return. With its new CrystalClear Technology (CCT), coatings manufacturer Adler now combines clear brilliance with effective light protection and high surface quality. CCT technology is available for the 1K window coating system Ligno+, the 2K window coating system Aquawood Diamond and the 2K house door coating Aquawood Protor.

Development Manager Dr. Simon Leimgruber on CCT technology: "We have combined different UV absorbers in such a way that we achieve the best possible protection in the entire wavelength range of visible and invisible radiation." This is particularly important for oak windows: conventional light stabilizers only protect against UV radiation - they can do nothing against the fading of the oak. The new high-performance light stabilizer from Adler, on the other hand, specifically absorbs parts of the visible light spectrum - preventing yellowing of spruce, pine or fir as well as fading of oak wood.
