The temperature monitoring system SenseAnywhere of CiK Solutions GmbH is now certified according to the international environmental management standard ISO 14001. This includes various areas of environmental management, including life cycle assessments and environmental indicators. During the development and manufacture of the system, chemical, plastic and paper waste were reduced to a minimum. SenseAnywhere AiroSensors alone produce over 30 times less electronic and chemical waste than comparable data loggers, thanks to a 10-year battery life.
SenseAnywhere uses only plain cardboard packaging to eliminate waste. Manuals, calibration certificates, and certificates of accuracy (COAs) are provided digitally. SenseAnywhere products operate paperless and all SenseAnywhere measurements are stored in the digital cloud environment.
