The patented reflection process of the spray.xact reflection from technotrans enables the homogeneous lubrication of very small quantities of significantly less than 0.5 grams per square meter of particularly thin blanks and coils. This makes the system suitable for processing bipolar plates for hydrogen production, among other things.
Significantly greater spray width
Previously, the spray.xact reflection was available with two valves and a spray width of 200 millimeters. In the new generation, the system is available with additional valves and a significantly greater spray width. Thanks to a patented process, the spray jets are reflected from above and below via a wall. This makes it possible to apply very small quantities of significantly less than 0.5 grams per square meter to workpieces.
Energy-efficient circulation solution
The spray.xact reflection works energy-efficiently without compressed air and as a recirculation solution: the unused medium that runs off the wall is collected in an integrated tray and fed back into the system.
Varying oil quantities and workpieces
In addition to this innovation, technotrans will also be exhibiting spray lubrication systems for various applications at EuroBLECH:
- spray.xact c, available with a double-walled housing for demanding applications with a spray width of up to 2,000 millimetres
- spray.xact for simple metal applications, where the oil type and quantity can be regulated
- spray.xact metal, which enables the oiling of very small quantities
All solutions work without compressed air with high-frequency pulsating valves and produce a precise oil application. There is no need for an extraction system and no oil is wasted that could be deposited in the production environment. The effort required for cleaning and maintaining the machines is reduced to a minimum.
