The proximity of the newly acquired space to technotrans' headquarters means that research, development and production can be closely interlinked. According to the company, this should enable efficient order processing and implementation of new projects. "With the acquisition of the property, we are creating an ideal basis for the expansion of our capacities," says Michael Finger, CEO of technotrans SE.
Planning to start shortly
The site currently comprises a warehouse and open spaces. Until the new development, the planning of which will begin shortly, technotrans is examining a temporary use of the site as a logistics area. The development measures, from the planning phase to the ground-breaking ceremony to the completion of the new buildings, are expected to take one and a half to two years.
